A. If you wish to place the order at our website you should choose the product you need and click "Add to card" button. After that you will that your shopping card is updated. Then you can continue shopping and add more products or go to checkout page. Click on Check Out Page and you will be forwarded to Quick Order form.

You will be taken to our Order form when you will have to make new account at our adult sextoys shop. After making an account you will be able to choose the shipping type and payment method. At current moment we accept payment only by Visa card.

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. You can always cancel your order before your products are shipped. That's why you should contact us as soon as possible within 12 hours. We do not accept cancellation of your order when they have already been shipped. Any disputes or chargebacks without letting us know with be treated as a Fraudulent and will forwarded to the Fraud Division of your Credit Card Company and well as FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division). Credit Card Fraud is criminally liable act of crime.

Q. How can I get my money back?
A. If you are not satisfied with the shipping and delivery terms of other issues regarding the products we provide, you can ask us for a partial or full refund. If your parcel is damaged, we guarantee free reship or a refund after we receive damaged products back to us.

We guarantee you a full refund if the parcel is not delivered within 30 business days. We will not make you a refund if you have provided us with incorrect shipping address. Sometimes we can suggest you a free reship instead of refund.
